Money-Back Guarantee (First Six Classes)
At Ebright, we are confident in the quality of our programs and offer a money-back guarantee for the first six classes:

The guarantee applies to the first six consecutive classes attended without any absences.

If your child completes exactly six classes and you are dissatisfied with the program, you may request a refund.

The refund will be for the full amount, minus..
a) Actual price of the free gifts given (range from headset price to the tablet price). We do not accept used items.

If your child attends more than six classes, they're not entitled for this money-back guarantee.

Parents must attend a Zoom session to provide feedback with our Branch Manager.

This guarantee is only applicable if the reason for discontinuation is dissatisfaction with the program.

Missed classes during this period are not eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee.

Pick-Up Policy
Your child’s safety is our top priority. To ensure their well-being:

We strongly encourage parents or guardians to pick up their child directly from the center after each session.

Ebright Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for any incidents, injuries, or bullying cases that occur if a child leaves the premises without being accompanied by a guardian.

If you prefer to allow your child to leave the premises independently, you must complete and submit the Pick-Up Consent Form
