Ebright Public Speaking
Ebright is one of Malaysia's most prominent public speaking centres, with more than 950 active students attending our weekly physical and online classes.
Our strength lies in our ability to structure our program systematically in a fun and interactive manner. In addition, we are one of the very few centres in Malaysia approved by Trinity College London (UK) to run an internally recognized communication skill assessment for our students.

DR. SHEENA KAUR
Dr Sheena Kaur, a Senior Lecturer at the Department of English Language, Faculty of Languages and Linguistics, has taught several courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and is a reviewer for several journals including Psychological Trauma: Theory, Research, Practice and Policy; Pertanika (UPM), and Journal of Modern Languages (UM). Her research interests include applied linguistics, sociolinguistics, corpus linguistics and COVID-19 research in humanities.

MARY ANN TEAR
Mary Ann Tear is a senior examiner and trainer at Trinity College London, as well as a choreographer, director, Performing Arts lecturer and practitioner, and a British Federation Adjudicator. She worked as a UK lecturer in Performing Arts for the Universities of Hertfordshire and Middlesex, while also pursuing her professional theatrical career in drama, musical theatre, pantomime, and physical theatre. During her time at the universities, she was a member of the panel that created the Performing Arts courses at the Diploma and BA levels. She earned a Certificate in TESOL, was a judge on the ESU Public Speaking Competition in 2008, and currently coaches the Worlds School Debate team in Singapore. She is currently the advisor for Ebright's communication skills.
